How to remove rear passenger door panel 2004 Explorer

I have a 2004 Explorer XLT. I need to replace the exterior door handle. I need some assistance before I brake something else.

Yeah, I'm loooking into that our one of those online type cites like Alldata. Just wanted to see if anyone had any info before I go out and spend more money.

haha, i broke the first one i took off to upgrade speakers, 3 others were quick. The panel around the handle pry's off first, that will release the windows switch panel, then look for 2-3 screws if i remember right, maybe xmas tree clips too . ???. . .s
then it pulls up and away

jrFord, Thanks for your help and insight on this little issue. I will try this very soon. Just waiting on the part to come in. If there is anyone else outhere in Explorer land, I'll take any additional help or even pictures on this issue.
