96 4X4 explorer 163K mi 4R55E code P0756 solenoid B, trans shift flare. Changed fluid & filter with no metal in pan band adjusted screw in without tightening.
I think this is time to rebuild. I would like to buy a rebuilt 4r55e and put it in myself.
Is there a link that could guide me on the remove & replace procedure?
Also, are there any reliable 4r55e rebuild dealers?
Any advise appreciated.
