How to remove tail gate interior panel

Can anybody tell me how can I remove the tail gate interior panel? I want to take it out to refill or tense all the stuff that makes a lot of noise and vibrations when riding off road.

But by guessing you just have to pop it off. Have you ever taken the door panels off? I bet it's like that.
