how to replace lower facia and grill

I had a front tow set up done on my 2012 Explorer and I want to find a video or written description on how to remove and replace the lower front facia and small grill insert. Has anyone done this?

Just check some of the instructions/videos for push bar installs - they require removal of the front fascia.

I can't say how easy the lower grille is to replace on a 2012, but I installed a push bar on my 2017 and it was pretty easy - once the fascia was off, the lower grille insert was easy to remove and re-install.
