This is a how to for changing the passenger side upper ball joint on a 2 piece arm setup,,
the offending ball joint,,

first jack up the vehicle, and take off the wheel,

after the wheel is off, take the spindle to ball joint bolt out,

, once the bolt is out, remove the pin for the ball joint from the spindle,
,
make sure at this point you mark the ball joint center so that it will be close for alignment , the white marks in the picture,,
after the marks are made, loosen off the bolts holding the arm to the other piece,

take the arm off,
here is my new arm, with replaceable ball joint, i got the moog, it cost a bit more, but was worth it,

i lined up the ball joint center and put the nuts back on the arm,

than i redid the pin and put the bolt back in, and greased the ball joint,

after which i put the tire back on, and it was all done,,

i used a torque stick on the lug nuts, so they were done to the right torque,
and than i let the jack down, and put on the center cap, ,
all done,,
