How's this size on an '02 4X4?

I was sitting at a stop light this morning and looked over at an Avalanche next to me. He had 265/70-16s and they looked nice and rugged. I starting thinking how they would look on my '02 4X4. Would they go on the stock rims and fit without any issues? Would they provide any noticeable lift?

If you do a search, somewhere there is a picture of a third gen with that tire size I believe. They filled up the fender wells nicely and looked pretty nice too.

I know which post you're talking about... but he had 285 75 R16 on there. Looks good! I think it's just a tad too big for my liking though. Dunno right now.
