Hello, I'm sure that this is a question asked multiple times, in fact I have read threads about this issue, however I don't see where anyone has used the OBDII while it's going on.
Explanation, most of the time the vehicle runs normal, I've reset all number of things, it throws no codes, I've cleaned my IAC multiple times, I've cleaned my MAF sensor, I've taken apart everything and cleaned it it seems, yet still the hum/whine.
I ran a live test with my OBD2 scanner using FORscan and drove around some, I had no faults from my EGR system, vacuum ran normal, no faults from my EGR valve, no DTC's, fuel pressure stayed normal. The only thing I've seen is that when the truck begins to whine and the RPM's drop, the EGR_MODE shows CTRL NO LEARN sometimes, and the IAC% shows <33% however no faults anywhere, and no codes thrown at all.
I plan to test the throttle position sensor next, but I thought I'd turn to those who have more experience in this field than I have. Thank you all.
