Okay. As an intro, I have a slightly modified 96 explorer (tt, shackles, 31s, body lift, bumper, cai)
I have a few questions for the rbv experts.
I believe I have hydrolocked the motor. I went through a hole I've done before, but I think my custom bumper may protect the intake less than the stock one. The throttle body had water puddles in it. Pulling it on pavement at about 30 mph in 5th gear resulted in the clutch slipping. The plugs were out. I can not turn the crank shaft with a breaker bar.
So question one: does anyone have any other tests or tricks for a hydrocked motor that I haven't seen via search?
Question two: can I use a 91 ranger block?
Question three: I'm planning a sas, would it be easier with the engine out?
Thank you for your help.
