First of all, I did do a thorough search on the subject and learned a lot of good stuff, but nothing quite matched my current situation.
I hydrolocked my engine for the first time the other day. I took out all the spark plugs, sprayed some wd40 into the cylinders and tried to turn the crankshaft(with a breaker bar from the front). Water and gunk came out of the holes and started leaking form an exhaust connection. It turned with normal resistance about a third of the way around both directions. After that it would barely turn with a ton of resistance but then spring right back. I'm guessing that I have a bent or broken rod now. I am hoping that someone else has had this problem and would maybe know what my problem is.
I did find a little water in the oil also, but not very much.
thanks, Matt
