i cant get a steering extension!!

i origionally ordered a 3'' performance accessories body lift from 4-wheel parts. i ordered the 98-00 kit and they said they could switch up the 95-97 steering extension for me no problem. well i get the kit and they didnt switch the steering extensions after all. so i call them and they say "we cant just switch the parts, that would make the kit worthless" but i can special order the part from them for 100+ dollars. so i call performance accessories and they say they can get it to me for 80 bucks. well i said i would get back to them and so i called them back just now and they said that they cant give me the part either! all i need is this ONE PART and i can do my bodylift. does anyone have any suggestions? or does anyone want to buy a brand new 98-00 3'' ranger bodylift so i can buy the 95-97 and get some new bumper brakets.

Why not send it back, and get the 853 kit (with the proper steering extension) and order the bumper brackets from 883 seperately? It is cheaper that way anyway.

im just worried about the shipping charges, ill have to pay for the shipping there, restocking fee, and shipping of the new one back

ok i took it to the 4wheel parts and they are going to return it for me, so i dont have to pay any shipping. i got everyhting resolved, thanks.
