I got a boo boo

Well this has nothing to do with explorers or even cars at all. I was at work today and I got cut down to the bone on my right middle finger and had to get six stiches. I guess this effects my ranger project because I can't put my freshly built axle in the front this weekend as planned here is a photo of the bandage and splint I can't remove for 4 days.

YOUCH I've cut to the bone before too, doesn't seem to hurt at first, but later on remember last time I pulled something like that I had a cast on my left arm and pulled the motor/tranny out of my 70 nova I just totalled, my doctor was quite ticked

Good luck on the healing!! I got an employee that caught his hand on a pipe insulation saddle last week and slice his palm open right to the bone (12 stiches). It almost became a contest to see who wouldn't pass out first, me or him. Luckily, we were working in a Fire Station, so we got it baddaged up there, then headed to Patient First.

Well I will just get my brother to do the lifting on the axle and welding so...lol

Sheet metal cuts faster than a knife, I don't intend to flip that pice off again...lol

and yes it hurts now but not when I did it, I blead about one ounce or the equivilent of a shot of Jack. The new guy at the supply house was pretty nervous

I know how much fun working with fubared digits can be. I busted the thumb on my right hand a week ago tuesday. Today was the first day I could actually put any amount of pressure on it at all.

Don't you just hate when you have one of those days. About 2 years ago, I cut my left hand open cutting carpet and about a week later I cut the same hand using one of the mini DeWalt Circular saws cutting underlayment. When I went to the hospital, the doc told me if I came in again the same week she would place a cast on my hand to my shoulder. Needless to say, I didn't.
