I got a few question if anyone can help me out

i just bought my first explorer i have a 04 sport and i was just woundering what i could do to it to make it master and i know thats a stupid question but im new to the whole truck thing and i wanna get involved so if anyone could tell me some things to buy for it that would be great thanks everyone

Assuming that's a typo and you meant "faster".....

There aren't many hop-up parts for the 4.0 SOHC but in order of bang for the buck....

1. Cat-back exhaust. Gibson, Heartthrob, or custom bent.
2. Cold air intake.
3. Computer tuner like an XCal 2.
4. Throttle body from Zabteck.
5. Headers. Won't give a big improvement because the stock manifolds are already pretty good, but you can get them. The only company that makes them for the 4.0 SOHC is JBA and they cost about $600 a pair.

A company called Explorer Express had a 4.0 supercharger on their website but I don't see it listed any more and it cost $4500 anyway.

If you really want to make it faster, get a new engine.
But really, there's not much you can do, as Johnny said. I have the 4.0 SOHC and that s why I am focusing on the aesthetic parts right now!
