Yo-So I got this noise and I wanted to cure it. It's coming from the clutch pedal assembly and occurs when I depress and release the clutch. I haven't tried lubing it yet. The reason I decided to try to take care of this is cuz I took a hot babe out last night :smoke: and this noise, combined with the annoying-ass vibrating of the stick top cap thing was somewhat buzz-killish/slightly embarrasing. Anyway, I would apreciate some help if you dudes could pitch in. Thanks

Oops. almost forgot to describe it. Its like a deep-toned squeak and if I push it in or release it real fast, it won't do it. It was doing this a long time ago and the clutch wore out, so we got it replaced. The noise went away for a while, but it came back again. My guess would be it just needs a little lube but I don't know where.

Sounds like you know where the noise is comming from. Get yourself a can of white lube spray, crawl up under the dash and spray the clutch pedal piviot and anything that moves when you press the pedal.

Sounds pretty straight forward.

If my brakes are making this wierd noise after hard 4x4'n like after they get real hot, does this mean the rotors are getting glazed? It's like a squeaky sort of noise, but not like there is dust in them. It sounds like the pads go against the rotor, then kind of slip and don't get a good grip.
