That explains the "just" of what you're getting into. You don't have to remove the fan, just the shroud. The biggest pita is getting the radiator and condenser separated. Thankfully many have been there done that, so I have attached a link with a great write up.
Got the thing changed out..... and I didn't take off the fan blade. The HARDEST part was figuring out that I had to take that stupid clip loose on the bottom of the passenger side to get the stupid thing out! It does a great job of holding it in place, but that is the most random thing I have ever seen on a car. It looks like a backpack clip....weird. Other than that it wasn't bad. I did it by myself (which I had never changed a radiator before) and it took around 3 1/2 to 4 hours total. I will say that I'm glad it's over though.
