I need help and dont know where to find it

I have a 2003 ford explorer XLT.I put in a radio and a lost wire sprarked and my dash and tail lights went out. Ive changed all the fuses but a certain area in the fuse box under the hood the fuses arent lighting up and the dash still doesnt work. What can I do?

Did you notice which if any of the fuses were blown??

Which wire was the one that touched and shorted? What was its color or purpose?

There may be a fusable link in a circuit that burnt out.

Im not sure which did, I was installing a radio and one of the lose wires started sparking. Ive changed all of the blown fuses and theres a spot in the fuse box under the hood where like 6 fuses dont work, but they all good. Ive chaged some too and no response. What do I need to buy and how do I troubleshoot
