You guys, it’s pretty easy if the old pump is still running at all
Remove the fuel line from the front of the filter or up at the engine bay passenger side of engine
put a hose over the fitting, run that hose to your container
Put battery power directly to the pump and pump all the old gas out
Because you are not pressurizing a fuel rail the hose you use does not have to hold 70 psi, so it just needs to fit the fuel line snugly, it will flow like a water hose notLike a power washer
The fuel line up near the engine works great for this, I have a red plastic hose that came with the harbor freight siphon pumps, it fits right on the fuel line
I run battery power to the fuel pump relay or heck all the way back to the fuel tank connector and just run the old pump until tank is dry. I have a jumper box and truck side fuel tank power pigtail I use for this before we crush trucks we usually drain the fuel
