Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 91-94 section. It sounds like the tracks are stripped, but it's unlikely that all 4 windows have the same problem. Are you sure that the motors turn when you press the buttons?
Here is a thread to get you started. If they are the bushings in the motor, it's like 8-9 bucks for a set of bushings for one motor. A lot better to spend a few hours fixing these yourselves then going to someplace that will tell you that the entire motor assembly needs to be repalced. About 40 bucks versus 400 for all 4.
