I need PA-883 right????

Alright ive made a decision and i getting a 3 inch BL My EX. its a 1999 XLT. I need the PA-883 BL right? i heard they changed the steering extensions in 98 this is true right? so if i got that right the only thing i need to worry about is the bumper brackets...correct me if im wrong... i dont want to run into any problems while im putting it on considering it's my only transportation. Any help would be apreciated. thanks!
