My gauge cluster lights are starting to go..everything on the right side has been off for awhile now and now the gas light side is starting to go to..if i took it to a dealer how much do you think theyd charge to replace them? I dont even wanna attempt to replace them myself with everything you have to do just to get to them,

call the dealer and ask, they all charge slightly different rates.

Changing the light bulbs is not rocket surgery. You can do it in three hours max. (if you dont F something up) if you want to. A body shop or a mechanics shop should be cheaper than a dealership. Just check around as the dealership will probably be the highest.
I have asked the used car dealers who they use for their repairs and found some good reliable shops.
