About a year ago my heater in my truck would go off and you would hit a bump and it would come back on. it didnt do it often but now its been doing it all the time. now for the last three days it wont come on at all. its getting colder out and i was just wondering if anyone had any clues at to what it might be. i mean when it does come on it blows great i just wish it would come back on.

Is this the 94 in your signature?

I would check the wiring plug going into your heater box, from the engine bay, passenger side, the black plastic box mounted to the firewall has a big square plug going into it with about 5 or 6 wires. Make sure it is seated fully.

These wires feed the heat sensor(s) and control the system

Also you can see your blower motor mounted on the same box, the big round black fan looking thing, it also has two wires going to it, make sure it is plugged in fully.

You can test the blower by sending a + and a - feed to it from the battery, iif it does not come on then you need to replace it. they are about $35 if I remember and held in with 3 screws.

Let us know what you find out!
