First thing I plan to do is get new rims 'n tires, so here's what I'm thinking

I really like the rims, but the tires can change easily based on suggestions...

I'm not an off-roader, so that stuff's not really an issue. I don't wanna snap an axle, I can't afford to break stuff... I just want a larger rim with a lower-profile tire, will probably drop the body/etc later, but one thing at a time...

Will this fit correctly? How far will it stick out the side? How easy is it to change backspacing (and what's cost and time involved?)...
