Idle RPM for SOHC 4.0?

I've been searching for info on this and keep running into conflicting reports. What should the factory spec'd idle speed (i.e. in park and all warmed up) be for the SOHC 4.0L V6 (I have a 2000)? I've seen everywhere from 650 rpm to 950 rpm listed. Anyone know for sure?

I believe you are going to find a slight range. Now, the 900 is a little high, I would keep it around 675-750. That's just about where mine is

Hot Idle 750 - 830 RPM

Thanks guys. I was thinking the 900+ range was a bit high. I know mine was normally around 700 before I screwed things up with the new TB.
