ignition problem

Heres the problem..(95 Explorer 4.0)I can start it with battery charger on it with 200amp start,let it run for awhile then let it sit for an hour or so then its dead again..I had my battery tested and its good,and put new terminals on it..I looked all over for something shorting out and cant find anything..it just clicks at me then a little while after that turn the key and nothing..When it does have some juice in it the dome light will flash on and off..Any thoughts on this..Maybe the ignition switch?,which doesnt (lock) half the time and you have to get it just right for it to stop dinging at you..Thanks..Rodney

Check to see if there is a current drain from an interior dome light, glove box light, ash tray light, under the hood light, alarm system, or a possible short.
