I have a 94 Ford EX.... I put 31's on it ... I have a slight rub when i turn my wheels at a certain point.. If i turn them all the way it stops.. I only need 1/2 inch or so more height.. Does the 94 have torsion bars to adjust? If so, How do you do it? or should i just buy some of those things you twist into the coil springs?

I believe the 94 does not have torsion bars. Other than that I do not know what you do on a 94 to lift the front but I'm sure someone else does.

Definitely no torsion bars on the '94.

torsion bars are on the 95+ IFS explorers. do not use the coil twist things, DANGEROUS. search for 'f-150 spacer' or 'levling spring'. there are some great write ups on doing a 2 inch lift for the 91-94s. you will need an alignment afterwards. when i put 31s on my truck with stock suspension i had a slight rub at full lock, which isnt much to worry about, its just rubbing the innter fender. if you want to lift it search the site and figure out what is best for you. hope this helps!

ok it isn't muck like you said just the plastic shield under the fender wall.... I can live with it for the next few months... I will be replacing the tires next year and i will just get a size smaller...

plastic shield under the fender wall....

thats the inner fender.

why go smaller on the tires? why not do a 2" lift? $65 for good shackles, $35 for the factory f-150 coil spacers, and an alignment will give you a nice look with 31s. if you look in my registry there is a picture of my truck with 2" lift and 31s.

yea it does look good, I'm just not into that at the moment... who knows what the future might hold for it...I gotta replace my back bumper, front bumper, little body work and fix the electric windows and THEN i might raise it a little...
