I have a 1993 4x4 Ranger. I'm replacing passenger side u-joints :thumbdwn:. I reviewed the c-clip eliminator thread but my problem is getting the pumpkin out. According to the thread I can just pull the long hinge bolt out, well I don't have clearance for that. Looking at this, it seems like I'm going to have to remove EVERYTHING in order for the bolt to clear. If there's another thread or someone can give me some pointers it would be greatly appreciated. I've never had the front end of these things apart before.

You have to take the big nut of the radius arms and slide it out of the mount then you can beat it over enough to get the bolt out. Some people also clearance the radius arms so you can remove that bolt without pulling the radius arm out.

Sounds fun lol thanks for the advice & quick response. Time to get out the persuader!
