Wanted info on how to diagnose why passenger window wont work

The window lock is off but the passenger side window wont work. Could it be a fuse? :exp:

There are no individual fuses for each window. Get a meter and check things (voltages, grounds) at the door in question. From there, you likely find your answer quickly.
