2000 North Face
Hi I am a newbie on here, just bought my third Explorer.. A very nice 2000 North Face. It has vacuum leak and I want to change the inlet gaskets top and bottom, where can I get them from in the UK?
I have American friends who travel back and forth from the UK, would it be cheaper to buy the gaskets from the US as had luggage? Grateful for any help.

Many of us on this site buy our parts from www.rockauto.com

You can buy a set of uppers and lowers from them for around $10 (plus shipping). And, looks like they ship to UK. There's nothing to them...so can't imagine shipping would be very expensive. If so, have one of your buddies order them when over here and bring them back in their luggage. Or, if they are willing, could pick up a set at any local auto parts store; i.e. O'Reilly Auto, Advance Auto, CarQuest, NAPA, Autozone, Pep Boys, etc.

Thanks for the reply. Thought it would probably be easier getting them from the US, only seen a set for sale in Germany for about $70 which seems a lot for a few bits of silicone!
