Installing Daytime running lights in 04 explorer sport trac

Can any one tell me where to begin with this, im sure its in here already but i cant find anything.

i am importing my vehicle and dont know where to put the module

Welcome to this forum! You have to connect it to either the wiring coming off of the switch or directly onto the wiring on the headlights.

I only know basic electrical stuff... would anyone happen to know the location of where to find the wiring for this... i'm trying to get it all figured out in my head of what im looking for and what i have to do before i go out in the -30 degree weather to do this =)

If you are importing into the USA I dont think you need DRL as Ford doesnt use them in the US.

I'm looking at the diagram and the connector is not the same as my '04 explorer sport trac. I'm trying to figure out witch is the low beam and witch is the high beam... My choices are black wire, green wire with black stripe, or white wire with green stripe(black wire in the middle of the 2)... choices choices... any one know which is which... i don't have a meter or know how to read it for that matter.

Please help!

oh sorry missed that one... i am importing from the USA to Canada and they require it. i paid $30 for the part and it's pretty straight forward i just don't wanna have to pay $300 for install!!! and i don't wanna hook up wrong and blow the fuses either
