installing subs to the factory radio (line output converter help?)

well im a noob when it comes to locs and i have a '98 Eddie Bauer and ive im putting my out system ive hooked up the amp with the power wire but were should i mount the ground and how do i hook up this loc it says soundgate
loc4.2 that wires behind the head unit do i tap into? pictures would be great

i disconnected a white and red, white and orange, grey and green wire from my iec auloc, but i forgot which colors to reconnect them to. any help would be appreciated...thanks in advance
