Wanted Instructions on replacing '02 Driver's Window Regulator

Hey all,

I am looking for instructions on how to replace the regulator in my aunt's 2002 XLT Explorer. This is only the fourth repair that I've attempted myself and I'm wondering if this is something that I could attempt or should I send it to the shop. I was hoping that someone could set me in the right direction.

Is the regulator itself bad or just the window motor?????

It was the regulator. The cable snapped and got all wound up in the motor. I was able to get the thing back in today, thanks to those pictures.
