Hey guys i need some major help...i just toalled my truck

i feel like crap a part of me just died......

what should i do as faras insurance is concerned

I totalled mine 3 months ago. What do you need to know? Whos fault was it? What insurance company?

Negotiate. Negotiate. Negotiate. Figure the actual cash value of your vehicle, kick it up a notch for mods, add a few hundred, and start there. In some states you can keep your totalled vehicle with a salvage title. The insurance company pays you for it, less deductible, but you can keep it. It's not that complicated if you deal with a knowledgable adjuster.
