Intake HUMM ( NOT IAC)

Ok guys, I am at my wits end here. I replaced my IAC, and I still have the damn annoying HUMM. It is REALLY loud. I have a Cone filter, but i don't think that is the issue, as there would be 1000 messages here about it.

Does anyone have any idea WTF can still be cuasing the hummmmm?

Clean your MAF and you throttle body. that might work

Suggestions..

I'm theorizing that you hear the loud humming because the IAC isn't opening. This might be the throttle position sensor thinking it is open when it's not. Might just need to clean the throttle body throat and butter fly also with some throttle body cleaner. Maybe it's gunked up and not closing all the way making the engine think that the throttle is open enough to keep the IAC closed.
