Cleaning the Intake manifold
Is it recommended or is it needed to clean the intake manifold on the 4.0 SOHC engine.
I was just doing a service today and took the time to clean the MAF throttle body and go over all the electrical connections with electrical contact cleaner.
Was about to give the intake manifold a blast with Throttle body cleaner before I stoped and thought will it damage the O-ring seals or create a problem somewhere else, and is it better just to leave any carbon/ dirt build up alone.
