interior lighting

Hi!!
i would like to add some interior light underneath the dash, like in a jeep, but i cant find the door switch, or wire to put power on them, can anyone help!!

Thanks for the info BBQ HOT DOGS , but is there a wire near the radio or something???
Don't want to rip the door for the wire! Can't see the relay!!
Where's the door switch????
