Interior Swap

I know this has been asked many times by many people, but anyway. there is a 1999 ford explorer XLT at my school and its in great condition, and fixing to be towed away. i want to swap the door panels, speakers, overheadconsole, and possibly the seats from that to my 91. is it possible?

Yes, The door panels don't exactly line up with the 1st Gen dash... and the wiring is TERRIBLE to try to re-do...not worth it, as it's not only hard to do, but it won't even line up. Speakers are likely the same.

The seats will bolt right in.

The headliner needs to come down so you can cut slots in the support behind the top of the windshield for the overhead console to snap into.

thanks ryan i appreciate the info, btw i love your X i want to create a jet black replica of yours, with a twist. instead of a v8 i want a cummins 4bt diesel. but anyway thanks
