Is the sync website working today?

Have been trying on and off all day to get the updates for mft using 2 different computers an different browsers with no luck. I get as far as clicking the button to download the update and get a blank page. I also get a blank page when trying to view vehicle health. Is the site giving anyone else problems?

Hey skywatcher11,

You should be able to access your Vehicle Health Report now, but the update is currently not available. No ETA yet, but keep checking.

Thanks for the info guys . It wasn't a new up date Rebecca I was trying to download but rather the 3.61 that the dealer neglected to install. I'm still grasping at why after owning the vehicle less then two weeks I keep finding things that the Ford certified inspection should have found.

Update:
Finally got the update downloaded and installed, must have been issues with the server idk
