There is a jeep model that fits on the 91-94 explorers supposedly from what I've read that is tougher. Of course it's the premium model. Wonder if there is a non-premium model that is beefier? I was thinking some drive flanges would kick tail but I can't find any for the Explorer and they seem pretty expensive..

If you get the jeep ones they have a lifetime warrenty--- mine do--- not that I needed it --- yet

...Warn has changed the hhub and it's production of it...;)

...The info can be found on page 1 and page 2 of the thread I posted a link to...

The Ford units have a Lifetime warranty too.

I sent them in, and had them back in my hands in 4 days.

can you post a pic of the broken hub,. sometimes is not about wich one is better, sometimes they brake becuase the down travel of your suspension is not limited by a strap, and when the suspension drops too much the front axles or u joint jammed or got locked resulting with a broken hub,

that on a ttb suspension kind.

thanks guys i cant post a pic cause it wont do any good it actually really did explode you could never even guess that all the pieces even made a hub

i was looking at the 37780 hubs and i didnt know which one to get they make a flange mount kit one and then they have just the hub mount one that just slides on which one should i get???

get the flange mount kit or "tophat" style lockouts think the other kit you are looking at is for the Dana 44 TTB

its easyier to explode a hube by locking an axle than breaking it by traction, unless your diff is a positive or your using some kind of locker,
