my ex fiance wants to sell her Explorer...She says she wont go lower then 7500 but i figure i can get it down between 7000-7250

It's a 2000 Ford Explorer Limited V8 AWD with 96K on EVERY option available for that year. Truck is in excellent condition inside and out, i've driven in it before.

Is this a good deal?

Not really.
5000 would be a good deal. 7500 is a bit steep these days. I'd shop around.

...a 99 limited with 68K w/o backup sensors is going for ~9K

I saw an 01 Eddie w/91K w/heated seats, and backup sensors for 6500 but it needs a head unit because the previous owner took it out and didn't have the common decency to put the factory unit back in...which isn't a big issue for me, PIONEER TO THE RESCUE!!!

Also saw an 00 Mounty Premier w/o heated seats and backup sensors with 91K for 6K.

It might just be me but i would be leary of buying something especially a car from my ex. Especially if she was your fiance.

It was my Ex-mother in law's till xmas. It's been sitting in my ex's driveway since...only taken out 3 or 4 times.

I know EXACTLY where it's been driven, how many times it's been driven and where it's been sitting since June.

it's been driven ~10 times since July.

we've only been apart since mid october, and the truck was supposed to be mine anyway so it's been well taken care of.
