If want a cheap fix and for it to not run great but most likely better than it is now.. you are going to have to plug off the vacumm line to the egr and then you're still going to have to take the old egr off so that you can plug up the exhaust tube with something and also the inlet to the intake manifold. This has to be done because from your video it looks like the internal spring is is broke or something.. Either way the egr is letting unmonitored air into the manifold uncontroled causing the rough idle.
So if you got that far why not put the $40 egr back on and solve all problems instead of half assing it. By either just letting it go or doing what I've suggested you are causing the engine to run lean and are severly shortening its life..
