Is this my power steering pump?

So my previous post was asking about how to replace the pump and I was going to but my friend told me it could simply just be the pulley. I did it and it’s still making noise and now I’m idling high. So I’m assuming it was my original idea that was my pump failing. Btw 1999 5.0 Explorer.

If you’re idling high you likely disturbed a vacuum line or something while you were in there.

If the pump is just noisy I’d swap out the fluid. It’ll probably quiet down.
