Okay the p1000 code just means the car is not ready for emissions testing. The p0193 fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high this code could be related to your problem. if you have freeze frame data for the 193 code take a look at it. You are looking for the fuel pressure pid to see what the pressure was at the time of the code. Next is to try and catch the pressure while the car is acting up this will tell you if your on the right tract. Here is an article on the p0193 code
P0193 Trouble Code – Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input
An easy thing to check is the wiring to the fuel pressure sensor to see if it is broken or damaged.
If either one of your scanners can read mode 6 data you can check for the misfire count on each cylinder check it after the car acts up and you have parked the car but before you shut the car off.
What I meant by the v6 being weird with misfire codes is I had an intermittent dead mis on cylinder 2 it never showed a code for a misfire. The misfire count on cylinder 2 would jump very quickly (0 to 30 total counts in half a second or so) and would have gone much higher if I did not let off the gas. After you check the freeze frame data you can also try clearing the codes and see what ones come back.
