Over the last year and a half I have had busted radiator hoses on my 95 Ex 2 upper and 1 lower which resulted in a cracked heads(thanks guys for the info on here I replaced the heads myself). The first time the upper blew I just got to work and someone came and told me my truck was smokin so I went outside and lifted the hood and seen the upper hosed split. Then about 6 months later stopped to the gas station came out from getting some chips and seen steam, opened the hood again split upper hose. Then about a year ago driven on the turnpike and didnot pay attention to the gauges till it was to late and truck was running super hot pulled over and blown lower hose. I got towed home but the heads had cracked. When I replaced the heads I replaced all hoses from Autozone the hoses replaced before were from Advance. Well last night while ridin on the turnpike again I noticed the temp headed up I pull over and open the hood and low and behold split upper hose. My question is, is there something going on thats causeing all the blown hoses besides cheap hoses? There is no other cooling issues with the truck, temp always good even on hot days with the a/c blowing?Where is the best place to get some good hoses for the 95 4.0 Ex? The radiator and the cap are new replaced both about 2 years ago.

To much pressure in the system is causing the hoses to blow.
Replace your radiator cap!

is there a certain psi cap to ask for at the counter?

16psi

Or, it could be the reservoir line is clogged in the neck.
its not clogged cause i just replaced it not to long ago when it kept falling off.

Yes, but the little neck could have something lodged inside it preventing pressure ventilation.

Also, the line falling off may be a clue, the reservoir lower neck easily gets clogged up, or, passes debris which clogs the raditor vent "nipple".

Sorry if you have already checked this but merely replacing the hose does not cure the problem.
