tell me more about this hurst shifter. how exactly would it improve my performance?
The Hurst shifter has a much shorter throw than the factory shifter. Not only that, it shifts much better than the stock shifter. I just figured it would be in place in your truck. Looks like it would go with the nice shiny console. :D See my elite registry for some pics, etc or the thread that was bumped earlier today (2 pages, with lots of info).

Wait, I can't remember, do you have a BL? If you do it won't work :( Just saw, you do have a 3" BL, so it won't work (according to the hurst site)

well the bug is already started again, been trying to control myself but i need to find out what you guys think about the idea of doin some 3 inch spindles in the front and soa in rear to give the truck more lift? so should i leave it? or lift it?

Looks good as it is. Of course it would still look good if you put more lift on it, but then your tires will look too small IMHO. BTW, awsome job on the paint!

any body got any pics of a 2wd with soa lift and 33's? and any input of if its worth the hassle or not

The pictures of 4wd and 2wd with SOA arne't going to differ a lot. Check out boominXplorer's mounty though, he's running SOA/spindles/TT and 35's. I say hell yeah, go for it! More lift is always better! (I know, I know, it's not always better, low center of gravity, blah blah blah)

i say do the spindles and the soa, but then take off your body lift, then sell it and buy a hurst shifter,

would i have to lengthen my driveshaft when i do the soaand any body know of some spindles at a good price

Driveshaft will be fine. I think there are spindles on ebay for around $300. Try looking there.

i looked on ebay for some spindles and found some the bad part is it says to only use with oem offset any other offset will put stress on the spindle. well my wheels stick out a lil farther then oem, should this be a problem
