Its been a long and enduring 3 1/2 months, but its finally fixed.

The timing chain that they replaced just under 2 years ago, was all but broken. the mechanic said he didnt even have to loosen it to remove it.
Once they fixed that, it was still running rich!!!! so finally, that FORD ENGINEER showed up to work on it, last friday... the 13th (lucky me)... and in just a short 9 hours, he knew what was wrong. one of the sensors they replaced, was faulty. only problem was that the computer wasnt picking it up. but they replaced it, and $2000 later, I have it back.

LOL... its not really for sale, but i think i am going to trade it in on a f150.

Aww... come on man, you gotta tell us what sensor was fubar. And why do they think the new timing chain was so loose? Maybe related to the sensor?

Glad you're running again.

u got pics of it

well they only changed out the maf sensor, 2 oxygen sensors, and the throttle positioning sensor. i dont know which was faulty. no, the timing chain wasnt caused by the sensor. the chain was the original cause of everything.
