Which Lift Would Be Better To Get? Is One Easier To Install Than Others? All Feedback Is Appreciated.

Does the skyjacker lift have you replace the axle pivot brackets or the radius arm brackets?

No, the skyjacker is just coils and AAL

Duff works better, more involved to install though.

The Skyjacker lift would be way easier to install, but I think you would be more happy with the Duff system overall even thou it requires a lot more effort to install. SJ springs tend to be a little on the soft side and with a add-a-leaf only in the rear you will end up with less than 2" of lift.
And because the duff lift has drop brackets you alignment will be cheaper.
I ran the duff lift for a year and had no problems.

I would say Duff as well. They have some high quality products and they know what they are doing b/c they only do it for fords.

I got 3.25" in the rear from the AAL, probably because of how much sag there was though.
