What is the difference between the lift kit number 5028 and 5029 I know that one is for the ranger and the other is for the explorer, is the only difference the shackles and add-a-leafs? Would the rest of the hardware bolt up?

I have the 5026 kit in my Ranger. All of the the front components should be the same as the Explorer kit. They must include rear shackles in the Explorer kits for additional lift as stock Rangers have a nosedive condition and only need a 1" lift in the rear to match a 3" lift in the front.

Yes that is right., but I think it is more because the weight of the explorer rear end is so much more. I ran a 3" VR lift in the front of a ranger and an Add a Leaf and shackles in the rear. It came off my buddies wrecked ranger.
