just got a 2010 with DVD issues

About a week ago I purchased a 2010 Mountaineer v6 with 26k on it from the Ford dealer. A big selling point for me was that it had a Audiovox DVD setup for the kids. Today we were going on a long trip and wanted to use the DVD player when all the disks said "bad disc". I highly doubt the Ford Dealer would fix this. IS there a fix or maybe a replacement I could get that would be better? I already took out the number 3 fuse but that had no effect.
