JVC CD/MP3 Player KD-SH99

Anyone know when the JVC KD-SH99 indash MP3 player will be shipping? Crutchfield says they don't know when it will arrive.

The JVC supports ID-3 tags. Do any other units support the ID-3 tags? Any recommendations on other MP3 players that have a front aux in? What are you guys installing? Are you happy with what you got?

I just installed an AIWA CD/MP3 head unit. It supports ID3 tags and even double tags (artist/song title) if encoded correctly. It has a front aux in, but I haven't used it yet. It's very easy to use though. I'm gonna take some pics today or later this week and do the full writeup in the thread I started a while back for this install.

The new JVC KD-SH99 indash CD/MP3 player is now shipping for $399 according to Crutchfield.com.

Has anyone bought this CD/MP3 unit? Or have you tried it out in your local stores? I'd be curious if anybody has heard it or tried it out. Let me know what stores are carrying it if you know.

I just recently installed/purchased the Aiwa CDC-MP32.
It's an awesome unit. SUpports MP3 ID tags, Artist, Song Title, Track Length... etc..

Motorized Unit, so the faceplate flips around when turning off and on the X.

I like it, when i get a chance i'll take some pictures. Purchased the unit new for $279.

the AIwa is working really well for me. I finally took pictures, so once i get them cleaned up, i'll post them

as for where i purchased it... i think it was at
www.attituneweb.com (might be spelled wrong)

but look around for CDC-MP32, some shady places will have it. i didn't have a problem however.

try ebay also!
