I wrote these instructions...

http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=183258

Step 1 - fold the rear passesnger seat
Step 2 - pull the rubber seal out (rear upper section only)
Step 3 - The upper panel where the seat belt adjuster is can be easily pried out, you'll see the clips after you remove the rubber weather stripping
Step 4 - There is a clip on the lower part of this panel that can be easily popped out
Step 5 - Now you can pry easily on the lower panel, you'll see the module when you look down inside after prying open the upper panel.
Step 6 - I used a small mirror, and found a 5 digit number on the black module box. The white sticker has black text and is is facing the drivers side so without a mirror you'd really need to get the lower panel loosened to pry it out more.

It was easy - 5 mins tops.
Step 7 snap everything back together - no tools required - except the mirror.

I know I'm probably asking for too much... but if you find the time can you please show me some pics.. im really sorry I'm just not good with instructions without pics, or showing me where to do it. :(

I can take pics but it will be tomorrow.

Basically what he is saying is the number is on a box behind the plastic between the right rear door and the glass.
The plastic the seat belt goes into.

ok here we go passenger side open back side door flip the seat down then forward like you are getting into the third row seats pull the rubber moulding off of the back of the door frame remove the upper plastic trim where the seat belt goes through then take loose the lower half loose not all the way off use a mirror to look inside down next to the floor for a black box with a white sticker on the front side toward the inside of the car you will see 5 numbers that is your code

on mine I
1. Opened way back door
2. To the left, open the box with washer fluid, jack, tire iron, etc
3. Theres this thing they call a "Computer Module" and the code is written on that.

Oh ok, give me a second then... ima go check I thought it was on the left side of the rear.. maybe thats why.. I guess none of the ones before actually specified the positon... I'll let you guys know if I findout and thanks for the help I really apreciate it.:D

Thats for second gens... wont find it there for a 3rd gen
Its in the piller, to the rear of the rear passenger door.
Pop those panels off, about half way up the door you will see a couple of module boxes. Below where the upper seatbelt adjustment is.

On the lower box, there will be a sticker, and it will have a 5 digit number on it. Thats your code.
