Keyless entry

Okay. Before I get flamed for asking this I have researched this issue in the forum but I haven't found one that fits my problem. I need the factory code for my keyless entry. I have an 02 Explorer Sprot (2 dr.) It is not in the jack area nor is it behind the passenger seat in the pillar. I've heard someone say it was in the "C" pillar and that it was easy to get to but If I have the right pillar. (right beside the back seats) it is not easy to get to. I would have to take the seat belt mount off as well as remove the side vent window mount. Is there anyone out there that has done this on their 2dr 02 explorer sport???

Welcome to this forum! Did you check the code on top of the module? It's probably in one of those places. Maybe it has a sticker that could have peeled off, and fell down somewhere in those places.
